Shipping

The shipment of products purchased on https://www.shoes.romeogiglimilano.it will be delivered by express couriers GLS, DHL, UPS, FEDEX.

Shipping times may vary depending on the country, region or specific location:
consider 2/4 working days for Italy and 4/5 working days for the rest of the world.
The customer will receive a link through which to monitor the shipment of their order.

In any case, the Seller undertakes to carry out the delivery within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days from the day the confirmation email is sent.

Working days are calculated starting from the shipment of the order from our warehouses. For orders placed by credit card, a working day must be added to the normal shipping times for normal administrative checks. By "working days" we mean from Monday to Friday, excluding Italian national holidays.

The Parties acknowledge that:

· if the Customer is absent at the time of delivery at the address indicated by the Customer, a further delivery attempt is guaranteed; in this case, the courier will leave a notice to inform the Customer that a second delivery attempt will be made on the following working day;

· if the Customer is also absent on that day (second attempt), the Customer will be contacted by the carrier in order to organize a new delivery attempt of the Product subject to the Order. If this attempt is also unsuccessful, the Product will be placed in so-called "storage" for 10 days in the carrier's branch closest to the shipping address indicated by the Customer. During this period, the Customer will be contacted by the Seller's customer service in order to unblock said storage. If the Product is not collected within the storage period, the Order will be considered cancelled and the carrier will return the Product to the Seller, who will refund any sums already paid by the Customer using the same means of payment (net of the return costs incurred by the Seller).

Delivery
The shipping and delivery times indicated are to be considered purely indicative and not binding, therefore RomeoGigliMilano does not assume any responsibility in the event of delivery by the courier beyond the indicated terms.

We also point out that during national holidays deliveries may be subject to delays, the responsibility for which cannot be attributed to RomeoGigliMilano for any reason.

The delivery date is to be considered to coincide with the first delivery attempt to the address, even in the event of refusal or absence of the recipient.
In the event of refusal of goods shipped cash on delivery, the company may seek compensation from the defaulting customer for the recovery of the costs incurred for shipping.
RomeoGigliMilano cannot be held responsible for delivery errors due to inaccuracies or incompleteness in the compilation of the purchase order by the User, for damages that may have occurred to the products after delivery to the carrier or for delays in delivery attributable to the latter.

Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the customer is required to verify that the number of packages corresponds to that indicated in the transport document and that the packaging is not damaged, wet or altered.
Such eventualities must be immediately reported to the courier and communicated to RomeoGigliMilano within 3 days of delivery.
Once the courier's document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to raise any objection regarding the external characteristics of the goods delivered (ART. 1698 COD.CIV.).
